Products and personalization

Product descriptions, photos, prices, sizes, and available personalization options are provided to help you choose. Colors and appearance may vary between screens and the finished item. Review each product page for current details and what is included; decorative items shown in photographs are not included unless the listing says so.

You are responsible for checking the spelling, capitalization, initials, order of letters, font, thread color, size, quantity, and other selections submitted with a personalized order. Custom items are made using those submitted details. See the Personalization Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges page.

Orders, prices, and payment

Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We may contact you if an order needs clarification or if a product is unavailable. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and payment options are shown during checkout. Payment is handled through the payment method selected at checkout.

Processing and shipping

Processing estimates and shipping options are described on the Shipping & Processing page and in product listings. If an order cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the options required by applicable law.

Returns and corrections

Personalized goods are final sale for customer-submitted spelling, font, color, size, and preference changes. If a finished item does not match the confirmed order because of a studio error, contact us so we can review and correct it. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Website content and availability

Text, photographs, designs, logos, and other content on this site belong to j.Rosa Designs or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission. We may update site content, product options, or prices as the business changes. We work to keep information accurate, but if a listing contains a clear error, we will contact affected customers to resolve it.
