Personalized j.Rosa Designs pieces are embroidered to order using the selections and instructions submitted with each purchase. Please review all options carefully before adding an item to your cart.

Names and initials

Enter the name or initials exactly as you want them stitched, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, spacing, and letter order. We follow the personalization text submitted in the order. Please do not assume we will correct, rearrange, or infer a monogram convention.

Fonts, colors, and product options

Choose from the fonts, thread colors, sizes, quantities, and other selections displayed on that product’s page. Availability may differ between products. Review the product description and option selectors together, and confirm that the cart shows the choices you intended.

If you want a font, color, size, or layout that is not shown, contact the studio before placing the order. A note submitted after checkout does not change an option already selected unless the studio confirms the change.

Multiple personalized items

If different items need different names or initials, provide clear instructions for each item. Use the product’s separate personalization fields when available. If the form does not allow you to specify each item separately, contact the studio before ordering so the details can be confirmed.

Review before checkout

Check the cart line item for the personalization and options before completing checkout. Keep your order confirmation for reference. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact the studio as soon as possible. We may not be able to make a change after embroidery has begun.

Made especially for you
