Order processing

Current estimated processing time: 7-10 days Processing time is the time needed to prepare and personalize an order before it ships. The estimate may vary with order volume, product type, and the amount of personalization requested.

If an order needs additional information or a clarification before embroidery can begin, the studio may contact you. Please check the email address entered at checkout.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are shown at checkout based on the shipping address and order/ Any delivery estimates supplied by a carrier are estimates and may change in transit.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before submitting the order. If tracking stops updating or a package appears delayed, contact the studio with your order number so we can help review the shipment.

After delivery, bring packages inside promptly and follow any care instructions included with the item. If the package or item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

Shipping delays

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will contact you about the delay and provide the options required by applicable law. For online orders, federal rules require sellers who cannot meet the promised shipping time to obtain consent to a delay or provide a cancellation and refund option for the unshipped order. This shipping-delay rule is separate from the change-of-mind policy for personalized goods.
